Services & Fees

Evaluations (psychological and neuropsychological) are offered for adults in a variety of areas. 

Assessments are available for the following areas:

• Mood Disorders such as Major Depression and Generalized Anxiety 

• ADHD

• Substance Use Disorders

• Personality traits or issues 

• Intelligence and Academic Achievement comparison

• Learning Disability Diagnosis

• Neurocognitive disorders (e.g. memory deficits, mild cognitive deficits, dementia)

• Evaluations for psychological fitness to work for professionals (e.g. nurses, pharmacists, physicians) with mental health or substance use issues

• Personal Protection Officer PSP-13 evaluation

• Life/Career development testing available

• Gastric bypass/organ transplant/ pre-surgery evaluations

Currently, Credo Testing and Counseling is self-pay only. Send a message or email for costs, as they can vary by type and extent of evaluation. Payment is due at the time of service.
