Because appointment slots are extremely limited at this time, it is the policy of Credo Testing and Counseling LLC to charge a $75 fee for any missed or "last-minute" canceled appointment, regardless of the reason, if not canceled with advance notice of at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
